College Prep Group Coaching

​Description:
​When our kids go off to college or the workplace, they cannot take us with them.  So, we must give them the supports they need to manage without us.  Coaching is an amazing support that gives young adults agency and skills to successfully handle the pressures of academics, being away from home, and   taking care of themselves.  One of my sons nicknamed this “Tuition Insurance” and I agree that coaching is tuition insurance, but there are far more eternal things at stake than just money.  The emotional and spiritual wellbeing of our adult children is much more valuable.
 
If you are interested in preparing your teen for the adult world whether it be college, trade school, or the workplace, I provide group and individual coaching that is tuition insurance and much more.

  • Four live weekly group Zoom sessions Wednesdays @ 4:30-6:00pm PST​
  • One 50 minute individual coaching session with Rhea

  • Maximum 5 people
  • You will be added to the waiting list for the next College Prep Group if the maximum has been reached.

Parent “See It!” Group Coaching

Description:
In this group coaching cohort we investigate the signs of ADHD so that we can recognize it in our family. Throughout these webinars what I’m calling “it” is any type of neurodiversity that your child may have.  As I said in the introduction, my specialty is ADHD in all its presentations. But this does not just apply to the children with a diagnosis. It applies when you as a parent say, “Hmmm, this beloved child is processing differently than others appear to be processing appear to be processing.”

                In Seeit we are going to answer four questions: Why, Why, What, and How? Why is it hard to see? Why do we need to see it? What might we see? and How do we see it?
Group coaching has the benefit of a community of like minded parents that can work through the program together and provide support for each other and inspire ideas that apply to multiple families. In these group sessions I will be there to focus the discussions, ask questions that deepen awareness, and provide an ADHD lens to see through.

  • One 50 minute individual coaching session with Rhea
  • Discount on 6 session package of individual coaching
    (Individual coaching has the benefit of a more focused personalized coaching experience. This might be preferable if you have an imminent issue that needs to be addressed  or if there is a private issue that would be dishonoring to your child if you shared it in a group)​
  • Maximum 5-8 people depending on how many households have both parents joining.
  • You will be added to the waiting list for the next Parent “See It!” Group if the maximum has been reached.
  • If you have three or more households who would like to have their own group, then you can pick a time that works for everyone and receive a 10% discount.
